How do I restrict an employee's web portal access by IP address?

 
  1. Select Employees from the navigation list.
  2. Choose the employee you wish to work with in the list.
  3. Select the Access tab.
  4. Under Web Portal Login, verify the drop down menu has Allow Login To Web Portal selected.
  5. Next to Allow Login To Web Portal press the Details button.
  6. In the pop up window, using the drop down menu, select Restrict Access By IP Address.
  7. In the field will be your current computer's Public IP Address, press the plus button to add this as an allowed IP address or type in your desired IP Address and add it.
  8. Press Save and Exit.
